GPS 3523 - Update procedure to solve clock problem
1. Fully charge your battery before updating the GPS device
2. Please connect the GPS device with your computer by USB cable
3. Take a TF card (Micro SD card), format it, leave it empty
4. Extracting file “clock problem for 3523-08.19.rar”, and then open directory “368….” -> “IPL2501” and copy file “UPD” onto TF card first (important!)
5. Copy all other files from the various directories to the root directory of TF card. Please check the following 7 files to be on your TF card:
6. Insert the TF card into the GPS device, run machine, the GPS device will automatically update. Wait until the GPS device will show “update successfully”
7. Take out the TF card from GPS device. [ Very important ! ]
8. Restart the GPS device — take the touch pen and insert into RST port on the lower left side of the device
9. The GPS device will continue with auto-update from 1% - 100%
10. After the update is complete with 100% the device will show the interface of Touch Panel Calibration
11. Calibrating screen
12. Please check > Settings >Time & Date > the time zone exist
13. Now you can adjust the time zone and the time of machine

UPDATE METHOD

3. Take a TF card (Micro SD card),memory has to be below 2GB, and rename it as “removeable disk”
4. Select FAT mode to format it format it, leave it empty
5. Copy “UPD file” onto the TF card(Micro SD card) first, and then change the fileattributes to read only files.
6. Copy all other files from the various directories to the root directory of TF card. Please check the following 7 files to be on your TF card:
